Special Terms & Conditions Applying to Puppies

Puppies available from us are from various sources and are homed as Rescue Dogs.

Adopters must ensure that puppies receive their initial vaccinations and boosters

Insurance must be arranged and maintained to cover vet fees

All puppies must be neutered within the first year

Although believed healthy we can make no guarantees as to their bloodlines or long term health

All puppies are micro chipped in the adopters name

Puppies cannot be sold on under any circumstances

Puppies must be returned to ShihTzu Rescue for re-homing if adopters are unable to keep them for any reason

An administration fee of £300 is charged for puppies

Payments made are an administration fee and do not constitute a contract of sale or purchase under the sale of goods act
